Limitations

  • The hosted setup is straightforward, but the current tool surface includes both diagnostic reads and management writes
  • Telemetry can contain user-controlled or sensitive content and must be treated as data, not instructions
  • One interface can speed triage across many APIs, but upstream coverage, rate limits, identifiers, and freshness differ and can produce conflicting evidence.
Risk contextMedium to high. Telemetry can contain secrets or prompt-injection content, and management tools can modify observability resources. Treat returned telemetry as untrusted diagnostic data.Broad external intelligence fan-out sends queried indicators off-host; URLScan can submit URLs, and HTTP mode can expose a service endpoint. Keep queries non-sensitive where possible, preserve the documented private-IP blocking, and restrict HTTP exposure.
